These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any product, theme, file, subscription, or service (“Product”) offered by Flowrito (“Flowrito”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Product, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by them.
• If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using all Products.

1. Agreement & Eligibility

Your purchase or use of our Products constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you are using our Products on behalf of another individual or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “Purchase Date” refers to the date a financial transaction is completed.
• “End Product” means a single live installation of a Flworito for a personal or commercial project.
• “License” refers to the rights granted to you to use the Product.
• “Updates” include design revisions, bug fixes, improvements, or added features.
• “Supported Browsers” refers to the latest stable versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, plus any additional browsers we may explicitly support.
• “Unsupported Browsers” refers to all others.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Products—including design, code, layout, graphics, and all other assets—remain the exclusive property of Flowrito.
Your license grants you usage rights, not ownership.

You agree that:

• You may not claim ownership of our Products.
• All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights belong solely to Flowrito.

4. License Grant

Each Product purchase includes a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to install.

5. Product Support

Each purchase includes:

• Guidance on initial setup
• Help with available templates features
• Access to all applicable Product Updates during the lifespan of the Product

6. Updates

We may release periodic updates to improve performance, compatibility, or functionality. While we aim to maintain long-term support, we reserve the right to discontinue Products at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Products for:

• Copyright infringement, impersonation, or fraudulent purposes
• Distributing harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Collecting personal data without user consent
• Spreading malware, malicious scripts, or destructive code
• Violating Webflow’s Acceptable Use Policy
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to access source code
• Creating competing products based on our design or structure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund.

8. Browser & Platform Compatibility

Our Templates are tested on Supported Browsers and the latest stable webflow environment.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

• You violate any part of these Terms
• You misuse our Products
• You engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity

Upon termination:

• Your license is immediately revoked
• You must cease use of all Products
• No refunds will be issued
